Paddy’s takes pride in working alongside sustainable suppliers from sustainable fishmongers to local organic farmers. The experience we provide comes from the easy, friendly and personalised service from designing to delivery.
Patrick and the team are down to earth, sociable and professional, you can count on us for your event! The team is driven, competitive and will go the extra mile to ensure service is amazing.
Born in the Culture capital, London, Patrick has been exposed to a variety of cuisines and has always had a passion for food and cooking. Throughout his High school years, he had an interest in cooking and his physical health. It was then where he decided to go into catering and hospitality college as a pathway to share his passion for food and providing for others.
Our Land Rover Defender is one of the few catering vans in the country that has 4 wheel drive, guaranteeing service at your event whatever the terrain, be it a muddy field for a festival, a bespoke wedding or in the snow for a winter birthday party.
The Defender has been hand converted by Paddy and his team in South London. Every screw and Rivet has been hand done. The van is regularly cleaned and maintained, we are proud to have a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 Stars, accredited by NCASS with all staff trained to level 3 in food hygiene.
At Paddy’s, we understand how the food and beverage industry can affect the world we live in today.
That is why we always try our best to support local farmers and suppliers. We also source our meats from supplies that value sustainability as well as using fair trade and organic products wherever possible.
As a company that started from the charity of others, we believe in giving back to the community.

From working at local churches for fundraising to providing meals to front line workers during the Covid-19 period, we put the society to the forefront of our ethos.
The environment is one of the main objectives for Paddy’s and we believe it is everyone’s social responsibility to take care of the environment.
We serve Eco-friendly menu choices, offering vegetarian dishes as well using local suppliers to reduce emissions.
We also try to use Eco-friendly and energy-efficient equipment as well as recycle where we can.
